Sapphire Cocktail Rings

I would never have thought that I would love fashion this much. A few years ago, if you asked me what cocktail rings were, I would have said they were accessories that came free with some alcoholic beverage… Kind of like the free teddy bears that came with hotel cocktail drinks.

But ask me that question now and I'll be blabbing nonstop about how pink sapphire cocktail rings contrast nicely with yellowgreen dresses, or how genuine emerald cocktail rings bring out the color of my eyes.

Yes, things have indeed changed. I now own a custom-made jewelry kit, comfortably housing my many rings. My favorites are the two vintage sapphire cocktail rings which I bought from a small out-of-way shop. One is set in gold; another in tarnished silver.

Despite my many cocktail rings, I still feel that I don't have enough. How I would love diamond and emerald cocktail rings in my collection! Even diamond and sapphire cocktail rings are something I would want to own someday. One thing is for sure: there is no such thing as owning too many cocktail rings!
